All firm-client matters are confidential and shared only with partners and associates to complete the client’s case and meet deliverables.
RATES/CHARGES & PAYMENT
Files are opened upon engagement and payment, with fees per the Advocates Remuneration Order. Payments are accepted only by check, deposit, or transfer—no cash.
PRACTICING CERTIFICATES
The firm provides certified copies of partners’ current practicing certificates upon client request to confirm our licensing.
INDEMNITY
We uphold professionalism and duty of care, raising indemnity coverage as our client base grows to ensure full protection for clients and the firm.
CLIENT FILES
All client files shall be kept with the firm at no extra cost and shall be available to the client at any time upon request.
PROFESSIONAL UNDERTAKINGS
