HISTORY OF THE FIRM
The partners bring into the firm a wealth of knowledge having gained employment upon graduating from the University of Nairobi and joining the world of practice back in 2016. They have gained their experience having worked for law firms, the judiciary, legal departments of SACCOs, banking institutions, and parastatals.
They chose to break out from employment and opened a legal consultancy firm as partners under the name of KM & Associates so as to give specialized legal solutions to the clients they served. Upon being admitted into the bar and as the pool of clients began to grow, they decided to rebrand the whole image of the firm so as to pull in an even bigger client list that would see the firm’s values, vision, and mission come to be realized. This has laid the foundation of what the firm is today.
THE FIRM TODAY
The firm has since grown into a boutique law firm that specializes in Conveyancing & Real Estates, Family Law & Probate, and Litigation & General Law practice. It has been rebranded to Marlie & Associates Advocates, carrying its practice in the name and style of Marlie & Associates Advocates.
At Marlie & Associates Advocates, we pride ourselves in providing superlative, customized legal services to all the clients we serve. We seek do delve into the complex legal issues and deconstruct them into easily comprehensible legal solutions that help our clients to make informed and tenable legal decisions that are suited to their needs.
Our application of the laws of Kenya as well as the practice of law itself is ethically sound, professionally accepted, and solutions-driven. We have founded a client-centric firm that caters for the needs of the clients and thus offers solutions that respond directly to the legal issues at hand.
We aim to grow into a full service law firm that caters for every aspect that emerges in any field of the law practice, and set up branches nation-wide so at to serve all our clients from wherever they are. We shall walk step by step with our clients to see their visions as individuals, small enterprises, and even large organizations thrive into their full potential.
